We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and that hands-on approach hasn't changed. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd trust at my own house. We're a family operation, so when something isn't right, it falls on us, and we take care of it that same day.
I track every job on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that's exactly when we mean. If anything changes, I pick up the phone before you have to.
